Author Details:

Renny deGroot is a first generation Canadian of Dutch parents. She studied English Literature at Trent University and creative writing at Ryerson University. She has written the lyrics for a song which has been recorded twice, has had her work appear in various poetry and short story collections and is a novelist. Her debut novel, Family Business, was shortlisted for the Kobo Emerging Writer Prize, 2015. Her second novel, After Paris, is also Historical Fiction.
