The Sudbury Writers’ Guild hosts a number of breakout writing / discussion groups that meet outside the regular monthly meeting. Each one is lead by a volunteer Guild Member and are open to members to attend.

When: Every Sunday morning 9am-12 Noon
Session is a come-and-go style write in. Members are invited to work on any writing project and share or discuss their writing. Write? Right! occasionally organizes in person meet ups as well outside of the regular Sunday meetings. Check our Facebook group or message Jenny for more details.

The group explores the form of the graphic novel with a focus on both the written and art portions.

The group focuses on supporting writers working on novel length work.

The Children to Young Adult Inner Circle (C2YA) focuses on writing for young readers –toddlers to middle-grade to young adult, from picture books through to novels. We discuss special topics, share and critique works-in-progress, and we sometimes talk about the random happenings we encounter in our writing life. We take a light and easy approach, and we endeavour to motivate and support each other along our journey.
C2YA meets virtually on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:00pm via Google Meet.
